1. Information on existing academic and nonacademic policies and memoranda
2. Preparation of subject offerings, faculty subject load, curriculum update
3. Student assistance during enrolment period
4. Coordination with all student organizations regarding their projects
5. Processing of the following documents
   • Recommendation Letter for On-the-Job (OJT) Training, Plant Visit, Master's Degree
   • Request for Makeup Experiment, Consultation
   • Other pertinent documents requiring the Dean's approval
